Dunn Training

Dunn Training provides mentoring and training in azure development, administration, and .NET development. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. They also list Consulting, Database and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dunn Training is based in Atlanta, Georgia and founded in 2002. More on dunntraining.com.
