SMB Technologies

SMB Technologies is IT service company, that provides IT support, consulting and managed IT services for businesses. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting, Cyber Security, IT Management and Virtualization, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SMB Technologies is based in Portland, Oregon and founded in 2002. You can read more at smbtechnologies.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SMB Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
