DTW

Here is DTW in plain terms. Discount Technology Work Force offers IT support, network management, security, software, and website development services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security, Video and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DTW is based in Joliet, Illinois. Their site is discounttechnologyworkforce.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
