VisionIT

VisionIT is a software development company that offers services, analytics, IT infrastructure, and innovation. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Developer Platform and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

VisionIT is based in Detroit, Michigan and around since 1997. Their site is visionit.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
