Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. They also list Business Development and E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
