Forerunner Technologies

Forerunner Technologies is a telecommunications company providing voice, video, and data IP solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications and Video. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Forerunner Technologies is based in Brentwood, New York. Their site is frtinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Forerunner Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
