EclipseSource

EclipseSource provides products and services to help maximize the benefits of Eclipse, open source software, and componentization. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Developer Platform and Open Source. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EclipseSource is based in Portland, Oregon. Their site is eclipsesource.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
