The MultiForm Solution Software

The MultiForm Solution Software is an electronic forms system designed to complete, produce, distribute forms & data quickly, effortlessly. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Electronics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The MultiForm Solution Software is based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Their site is multiform.com.
