Quality America offers Statistical Process Control software, as well as training materials for Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management and SPC. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
