Vanguard IT Solutions

Vanguard IT Solutions is an IT company that offers computer information technology, business support, networking, and PC build services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vanguard IT Solutions is based in Covina, California. Their site is vanguardsolutions.org.
