BCSI

BCSI is a security surveillance software company offers the combined functionality of a digital recorder. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Physical Security, Security and Web Development. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BCSI is based in Burlingame, California. More on bcsii.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know BCSI well, your review carries weight here.
