DataDirect Networks

DataDirect Networks provides AI data storage and management solutions for enterprises. Put simply, it is about moving data between systems on a schedule without hand-built scripts.

The natural audience is data and ops teams. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Data Storage and Predictive Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

DataDirect Networks is based in Chatsworth, California and around since 1998. Their site is ddn.com.

Things worth asking about: connector coverage, sync frequency, and row-based pricing. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
