Leeward Business Advisors

Leeward Business Advisors offers integrated IT services & technology solutions along with IT maintenance & support services for businesses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure, IT Management and Professional Networking. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Leeward Business Advisors is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You can read more at leewardba.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
