Informatek Business Solutions

Informatek Business Solutions is a business consulting firm that offers ERP system implementation, data conversion, and business analysis. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Informatek Business Solutions is based in Gilbert, Arizona and around since 1998. You can read more at inform-a-tek.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Informatek Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
