Percworks

Percworks offers technology consulting and IT support for home and office environments. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Cyber Security and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Percworks is based in Columbia, Maryland and founded in 2003. More on percworks.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Percworks, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
