BungeeCraft Technologies

BungeeCraft Technologies is a full-service IT provider for businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BungeeCraft Technologies is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and around since 2006. More on bungeecraft.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know BungeeCraft Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
