ThumbsPlus

ThumbsPlus is a photo and graphics organizing and searching database and application for Microsoft Windows. In practice that means storing and querying application data reliably.

The natural audience is developers and data teams. They also list Database, Graphic Design and Windows, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ThumbsPlus is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Their site is cerious.com.
