FactoryQA

FactoryQA is a software development company that provides quality management software and services for manufacturers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
