Logykopt

Logykopt is a technology company that develops prescriptive analytics and optimization platforms with which we help companies, businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Logykopt is based in Mexico, Maine and around since 2016. Their site is logykopt.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
