Weeklyy.com

Weeklyy develops web applications, mobile applications, website themes, plugins, and graphics on a weekly basis. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Mobile, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
