NotesHub

NotesHub provides Markdown note-taking with offline editing, sync options, Kanban boards, whiteboards, and content embedding. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Project Management and Task Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NotesHub is based in Wausau, Wisconsin and founded in 2021. Their site is about.noteshub.app.
