The Facilitator

The Facilitator offers facilitation services, training, and custom web app development to improve business productivity. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Facilitator is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Their site is thefacilitator.org.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
