Insight Technologies

Insight Technologies provides surveillance systems and electronic access control solutions to organizations. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, Security and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Insight Technologies is based in Lafayette, Louisiana and around since 2011. Their site is insighttechnologies.co.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Insight Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
