Guy in a Cube

Guy in a Cube is an education platform that offers ebooks, video tutorials, consulting, and training services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Consulting, Education and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Guy in a Cube is based in Conroe, Texas. More on guyinacube.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Guy in a Cube well, your review carries weight here.
