Demand Technology Software

Demand Technology Software is provider of industry-leading solutions for windows performance management. The job it does: running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

It makes the most sense for people teams and managers. Alongside the main category they mention Application Performance Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Demand Technology Software is based in Naples, Florida. Their site is demandtech.com.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Demand Technology Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
