FT Solutions

FT Solutions is a IT consulting firm that provides assessment, end-to-end software implementations, EPM, and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FT Solutions is based in Baltimore, Maryland. More on ftsolutions-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with FT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
