Civic Links

Civic Links is a social service company helping those in need navigate and access relevant government benefits and support. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention CivicTech, Government, GovTech and Social Assistance. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Civic Links is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at civiclinks.org.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Civic Links? Rate it.
