Promenade

Promenade is a business platform that provides e-commerce websites, online ordering, and business management for small businesses. In practice that means ringing up sales in person and syncing them with inventory.

Who is it for? Mostly shops, restaurants and pop-ups. Alongside the main category they mention Point of Sale. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Promenade is based in Santa Monica, California. Their site is getpromenade.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware, offline mode, and processing fees. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Promenade, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
