Sofixit

Sofixit is an IT service company that offers IT outsourcing, technology consulting, and software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Information Services and Outsourcing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sofixit is based in Poland, Indiana. You can read more at sofixit.pl.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
