CMRLS

CMRLS is a library that provides resources, services, and programs for learning. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education and Printing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CMRLS is based in Brandon, Mississippi and around since 1986. You can read more at cmrls.lib.ms.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Nobody has reviewed CMRLS on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
