Ascension Mobile

Ascension Mobile provides mobile hardware solutions, business mobility, & wireless mobility management services for electronics & computers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Electronics, Hardware and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ascension Mobile is based in St Louis, Missouri and around since 2008. Their site is ascensionmobile.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
