Ascend Technology Group

Ascend Technology Group provides IT services and cybersecurity services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ascend Technology Group is based in Omaha, Nebraska and founded in 2005. You can read more at ascendtg.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ascend Technology Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
