Simple Goods

Simple Goods is an e-commerce platform and software that enables its users to purchase and sell digital downloads. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Simple Goods is based in Boulder, Colorado and founded in 2013. Their site is simplegoods.co.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
