Gitty

Leveraging Generative AI for Smarter Talent Acquisition. That is the short version of Gitty. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Open Source and Recruiting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gitty is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2024. Their site is gitty.xyz.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Gitty, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
