Bithop Systems

Bithop Systems is an information technology management and systems engineering consulting firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Development, Consulting and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bithop Systems is based in Springfield, Virginia and around since 2007. Their site is bithop.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Bithop Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
