Zurmo offers an open source customer relationship management application that enables its users to build CRM systems and platforms. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
