Qualcomm

Qualcomm designs wireless technologies and semiconductors that power connectivity, communication, and smart devices. In practice that means doing multi-step work with AI, from drafting to taking actions in your tools.

It makes the most sense for teams automating knowledge work. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Telecommunications and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Qualcomm is based in San Diego, California and around since 1985. More on qualcomm.com.

Things worth asking about: accuracy on your data, guardrails, and usage pricing. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Qualcomm, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
