Eureka Software

Eureka Software produces compliance management software, and licensing products and services for the energy industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Document Management and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Eureka Software is based in Lacrosse, Washington. Their site is eurekasw.com.
