SSI

SSI is an engineering company that provides project management, electrical power, thermal control and analytical tool development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Industrial Engineering and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SSI is based in Chantilly, Virginia. More on spacint.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SSI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
