Argus Consulting Group

Argus Consulting Group provides cloud hosting and business intelligence services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Argus Consulting Group is based in Pasadena, California. More on arguscg.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
