Orlikon Software

Orlikon Software provides IT infrastructure management, project management and consulting services as well as renders staffing solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Project Management and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Orlikon Software is based in San Jose, California. Their site is orlikonsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Orlikon Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
