CitySourced

CitySourced is an enterprise civic engagement platform in the world, connecting citizens with their local government. The job it does: collecting evidence and tracking controls for frameworks like SOC 2 or HIPAA.

The natural audience is companies that sell to larger customers. They also list Government, GovTech and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CitySourced is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at citysourced.com.

Things worth asking about: frameworks covered, auditor network, and integrations. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CitySourced, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
