Capitol Presence

Capitol Presence offers agile development and solutions to make business processes smarter, automated and more efficient. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: IT Management and Web Development. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Capitol Presence is based in Mclean, Virginia. More on capitolpresence.com.
