RiseIT Solutions

RiseIT Solutions is a global software and technology services company providing a broad range of software, cloud, and security services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

RiseIT Solutions is based in Addison, Texas and around since 2016. More on riseits.com.
