Overwatch Data Services

Overwatch Data Services offers managed IT services, professional services, networking, backup and recovery solutions. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list IT Infrastructure, Network Security, Project Management and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Overwatch Data Services is based in Byron Center, Michigan and founded in 2011. More on overwatchdata.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
