Rapid Eagle

Rapid Eagle specializes in IT staffing, outsourcing, application development, e-commerce websites, blog, social networking sites. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Consulting, E-Commerce and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rapid Eagle is based in Fremont, California and around since 2005. More on rapideagle.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
