TAK Technologies

TAK Technologies offers job placement, IT staffing, and consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TAK Technologies is based in Phoenix, Arizona and around since 2003. You can read more at taktechnologies.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TAK Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
