KodeQ

KodeQ is a marketplace for companies to recruit and hire full-time dedicated IT talent offshore for a fraction of the cost. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Marketplace and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

KodeQ is based in Atlanta, Georgia and around since 2014. Their site is kodeq.com.
