Applied Computer Technology

Applied Computer Technology is an IT firm that offers project management, consultation, software and technology management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Applied Computer Technology is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and around since 1999. More on appliedcomputer.biz.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Applied Computer Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
