Horizon Connections

Horizon Connections offers backup, recovery, security, system monitoring, server & workstation maintenance as well as the IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Network Security and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Horizon Connections is based in Mansfield, Illinois and founded in 2008. You can read more at hcinets.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Horizon Connections well, your review carries weight here.
